I have been branding and positioning brilliant professionals since 2009.

At that time, I thought my MBA stood for Massive Bank Account. #FAKENEWS

I learned a lot about business, but I was broke phi broke. Why? Because I didn't know how to market and sell myself. I fell into writing resumes because I helped all my friends for free99 and one of them suggested I start charging 😱

So I started the business.

I became GREAT at helping people figure out their differentiating factors. That's when I fell in love with personal branding.

I started applying what I learned to myself and built my own personal brand to eventually become a thought leader in the resume writing industry.

Once I started speaking at industry conferences and holding board seats at major organizations, I realized that I didn't see many who looked like me at that level.

I set out to change that.

I opened the door for more writers of color to compete in a white dominated industry via my membership community, which I later sold.

I helped dozens of up and coming writers of color charge more, position themselves as the experts they were and reach their first $10K months.

I now have a lasting legacy in the resume world. And I want to help you make a lasting impact in your own industry.
